1. About Pawcuro

Pawcuro ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered pet symptom triage tool and facilitates video consultations with licensed veterinarians. Our services are accessible through our website at pawcuro.com.

2. AI Triage Disclaimer

The Pawcuro AI triage tool is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary care.It is an informational tool designed to help pet owners assess the potential urgency of their pet's symptoms. The AI does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide treatment plans.

The urgency classifications (low, moderate, high) provided by the AI are estimates based on the information you provide and should not be relied upon as medical advice. Always consult with a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment.

In case of a pet emergency (difficulty breathing, seizures, suspected poisoning, severe trauma, or collapse), go to your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately. Do not rely on the AI triage tool for emergencies.

3. Video Veterinary Consultations

Video consultations are provided by independently licensed veterinarians. Pawcuro facilitates the connection between pet owners and veterinarians but does not employ the veterinarians directly. The veterinarian is solely responsible for the care and advice provided during the consultation.

Video consultations are not available in all states. Veterinary telemedicine regulations vary by state, and services are only offered in states where establishing a veterinary-client-patient relationship (VCPR) via telehealth is permitted.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Pawcuro only for its intended purpose: assessing pet health symptoms and connecting with veterinary professionals. You must provide accurate information about your pet's symptoms for the AI triage tool to function properly.

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI triage system; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) use automated tools to access the service at scale.

5. Payments and Refunds

The AI triage tool is provided free of charge. Video veterinary consultations are charged at the rate displayed at the time of booking ($29 per consultation as of the date of these terms). Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawcuro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or pet health outcomes, arising from your use of the service.

Pawcuro does not guarantee the accuracy of the AI triage tool's assessments. You acknowledge that the AI may produce incorrect or incomplete assessments, and you assume all risk associated with acting on the information provided.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
